Nanthida was great to work with even though she doesn’t live locally! She responded quickly and pleasantly. The neighborhood is quiet (except for the roosters) and the neighbors are friendly. The pool is a salt water pool and has a water slide. We liked the overall location just out of town and it was sooo nice being able to also rent her truck. The washer works well, the master room bed is nice and having a large dining room table was really great! The house needs a really deep cleaning and some overall maintenance and organization. I think this is largely because Nanthida is not able to properly oversee it living over seas. We stayed three weeks and did not have access to the locked up cleaning supplies. Our options were to buy supplies or pay for the cleaning lady to come by. The large bed in the spare room has a very broken mattress. The large fridge is broken and replaced with a small dirty one. The TV is VERY old and does not work along with the DVD player.

la maison est idéalement situé dans un lotissement privé et sécurisé. une piscine, saun, et salle de sport sont présent dans la résidence au prix de 150baths/jour pour les adultes et 75 pour les enfants...un peu cher, le seul bémol d'un séjour très agréable...

Was an okey stay, but the one thing that stood out was the possibility to rent her car. It made it a lot easier to see What Chiang Mai had to offer. The biggest downsides was that it was very hard to coordinate with keys, payment and the location of the Airbnb, and had to pay for an extra day that we didnt have the car. She was very eager to help if any problems arose, but hard to understand each other based on a language barrier, and the fact that she is not available in-person. All in all, what i’d expect from the price we payed.

A very Thai house. Pool costs extra, but price for rental is great and the location was perfect for us with a vehicle. Owner provides a vehicle for rent if you don’t have one - I recommend renting the vehicle if you don’t have one. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning, third bedroom does not. TV is old, no hdmi connections, would have been nice to connect our computer for movies. It is a very nice, simple home in northeast Chiang mai and I would stay again.
