Good location near 101. Charly's place was as described. Interior is modern and well-furnished; building exterior and hallways are dilapidated, but is otherwise safe. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend Charly's place.

A cozy apartment in the heart of a busy district with a lot to explore. The bed and sofa are comfortable. Bathroom is a bit smaller than expected but clean. Helpful and responsive host. Thank you :)

The interior of the apartment was nice. I truly enjoyed my stay there. It is nested in an old building with many shops on the ground floor. The exterior of the building and the common areas can be a little surprise, but once you're inside, the experience was different. It is located near to Taipei 101 and you can see the majestic building right from the master bed room! You can walk to the nearby shopping centers too. There are many bus stops nearby so it is easy to go around. Guests taking trains from Taipei Main Station/Airport with luggage might need to walk a little more from the main station (City Hall Station on Banan Line), but nonetheless, it is all flat ground.

Prime location and close to 101 area. 10mins walking distance to most places I need to go and subway rail. Renovation is cozy but the bathroom is a bit small
