You will stay in a 1 Bedroom apartment within the Monte Vista complex which offers very nice facilities such as: - a swimming pool with integrated bar, - a restaurant, - a gym, - and a mini-market. The Monte Vista complex is located 5 minutes by car from the center of Sosua as well as the beaches of Playa Alicia and Playa Sosua. This accommodation has a modern kitchen, a living room opening onto a terrace with a view of the complex's swimming pool and a quality sleeping area with air conditioning, all with a private bathroom.

The place looked just like the photos and was super cute. The host was great and responsive it was just there were ants everywhere (kitchen counter and cabinets, bathroom sink, in the bed in bedroom, the wall above the couch, the Netflix didn’t work which was a bummer because that was the main selling point and the toilet was broke and we had to stick our hand in the back of the toilet to flush. I did notify the host of the toilet issue immediately and maintenance came and “fixed it” they really didn’t, so the entire 5 days it was sticking our hand in the back of toilet. But I don’t think that falls back on the host as they were really responsive to our needs. Also important information that would’ve been helpful there is no atm on lot and downstairs has a bar and restaurant but they only accept DOP and the bar makes very strong drinks but the food was good.
Very good location, quiet and exclusive.
Very peaceful stay with a beautiful view of nature.

The complex is located at the end of Chemin de la Mulata. Several small businesses are on this path.
The complex is located just 5 minutes by car from the main road to get to downtown Sosúa or even go to Cabarete.
A Pola or Playero supermarket will allow you to do your shopping.
A parking lot is at your disposal at the entrance of Monte Vista. You can order a taxi from the reception if you wish. Pola Supermarket, Alicia Beach and Sosua Beach are all within a 5-minute drive. Cabarete Beach is a 15-minute drive away.
