Great, clean, and conveniently located house. We came in town for a baseball tournament and the house worked perfectly. Newly renovated and super clean!! Thank you so much for the great place to stay.

The house lived up to the name "Cozy". Well kept and clean. It was the one thing I didn't have to worry about as I was in town for a funeral and it was good to lay my head in a cozy bed. Thanks for Bertha for a great stay!

I had a great stay. The house was clean (spotless) and it had everything you need for an extended stay. I locked myself out, so only lock the deadbolt. There should probably be a sign on the door telling you not to lock the door lock. However, Bertha was quick to respond and I texted a few times about the code and lock (my fault each time). Bertha was responsive and understanding. They have wall air freshers in every room. If you're sensitive, this will drive you mad. It was a bit over powering. Lastly, I don't think this is the best neighborhood for a woman staying on her own. I saw a few strange characters out front and I never felt safe after that. It's also located on a busy street so there is always road noise. I would stay again if I'm with the hubby.
