Victor's place is beautiful and was super clean. AC was great, Victor was instantly responsive when we had any questions regarding the rental. Beach is right behind the location, walking distance to restaurants, will definitely book again and strongly recommend to anyone.

This Airbnb experience was disappointing. Despite promises of "BEACH ACCESS" and "PANORAMIC VIEWS OF THE CITY," the reality fell short. The photos misrepresented the view, showing only the airport or buildings, not the city. Upon arrival, we found out the pool was closed, and accessing the beach required a key we didn't receive. Despite informing the hosts, they blamed us for losing the key. Victor promised a refund for the beach access issue but then went silent. Later, he accused us of ruining towels and bedding with makeup, demanding an extra $300 for cleaning. We explained our makeup wasn't unusual and could be easily cleaned. Throughout our stay, there were power outages, water leaks, and Wi-Fi issues. The hosts were unresponsive except when blaming us. People of color, beware of this location. Look elsewhere for a welcoming and accommodating stay without fear of retaliation for speaking up.

The stay was amazing. The pictures and descriptions matched perfectly with the place. It was very clean! Instructions were very clear and Victor was always quickly responsive! Location was close to everything!

This is an amazing stay for your perfect PR vacation! The entire apartment has AC, each room is very private and so are the bathrooms. You’ll be very close to the airport which will be amazing! There are several restaurants and bars near you as well as beach access! Victor was always available for easy communication and willing to help with any questions! Highly recommend!!
