The beach is safe and fun for children, with its calm warm water, shallow entry point and absence of rip tides. Perfect for wading and gentle boogie-boarding (2 boogie boards are provided). We have one security camera at the exterior front of the house, and one camera in the backyard, which are generally turned off when we have guests. The camera in the backyard may be turned on briefly now and then to allow us to check on the groundskeepers' work. BEDROOMS: The villa boasts four great size bedrooms, each with a vaulted ceiling, light blocking curtains, AC, ceiling fan, dimmable lights, and its own wall-mounted smart TV with Netflix. Three of the bedrooms have an ensuite washroom. The 4th bedroom is conveniently located next to the common washroom. Bedroom 1: master bedroom #1 has a King-sized teak canopy bed, a 3-piece ensuite washroom, a private lounge with a sofa-bed, and workspace overlooking the mountains Bedroom 2: master bedroom #2 has a King-sized bed, huge sliding glass doors with direct access to the pool deck and rancho, and a sun-filled 3-piece ensuite washroom with a tiled shower bench Bedroom 3: Queen-sized bed plus a single cot (which can be moved with ease to any other room), 3-piece ensuite washroom, walk-in closet, and unobstructed views of the beautifully treed field and mountains Bedroom 4: Queen-sized bed with a large sliding glass door leading to a private tiled patio. Kids will love the cozy loft area above, and can even sleep there on the small cot. The spacious 3-piece principal bathroom is next door to this bedroom. Each bedroom has sufficient space for one or more cots and/or the playpen.
