The holiday home provides its guests with a 2500 m2 plot and a spacious interior that allows the whole family to gather. Outside, you will find 2 terraces, barbecue, garden furniture, pavilion, outdoor shower, and a fire pit, as well as toy equipment to entertain the youngest. On the large plot, you'll also find several cosy corners where you can enjoy a quiet moment with a cup of coffee and a good book. With 80 m2 on one level, the house has plenty of space for everyone. The family dog is also welcome. There are three bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a 3/4 bed, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a TV in one bedroom and in the living room. Good chest of drawers and wardrobe space in all three bedrooms. The kitchen is the heart of the house, where the dining table invites you to eat together and socialise with card or board games. The bright and cosy kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and large fridge-freezer. From the kitchen you have direct access to the south-facing terrace. Cosy living area with sofa corner and lovely wood-burning stove. There is also room to sit by the window and enjoy the view or a book. The home offers a lovely, bright, and friendly atmosphere with room for peace, reflection, and relaxation. The beach is 300 metres from the holiday home, so you don't have to go far to take a dip in the fresh sea water (Kattegat). If you prefer the wilder North Sea, drive to the beach in Kandestederne. The surroundings are ideal for outdoor activities, long walks, and bike rides. The beautiful cycle path Hulsigstien, which crosses the Hulsig moorland towards Skagen, can be reached on Tranevej just 900 metres from the holiday home. When you come home after a day at the beach, a walk or cycle ride, you can settle down on one of the terraces and enjoy the evening in the company of your family. If you want to go on an excursion, there are plenty of options. Grenen, Denmark's northernmost tip, is must-see. The Skagen Museum and the town's many retail shops should also make your holiday bucket list. The eagle sanctuary in Tversted, where you can learn more about the large birds of prey, is 14 km from the holiday home, and a trip to the golf course or a horseback ride along the coast is also possible. Hvide Klit Golf Club is 7 km south of the holiday home and Langagergaard with Icelandic horses is only a short walk away. Hulsig has a railway station with connections to Skagen, Frederikshavn and Aalborg. The station is only 900 metres from the holiday home. PETS: Dog allowed. GOOD TO KNOW: No rentals for youth groups.
