Holiday apartment for 8 people in rural idyll, near Sæby and Lyngså - here you can bring your horse The apartment on the first floor welcomes you in to a large and bright apartment with room for 8 people. The beds are divided into 4 spacious rooms - all with views of the beautiful nature. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with 2 large fridge/freezers and a dishwasher. The family room and a living room are connected, so there is plenty of space. The bathroom has plenty of closet space with many shelves and a washing machine. The farm is surrounded by 14 hectares of land, which also includes a beautiful old beech forest with small cozy paths and a rich animal and bird life. These include badgers, roe deer, fallow deer, foxes and lots of birds. As something very special, you can observe breeding night owls from the apartment. The night owls return to the same spot year after year. In addition, you can find many animals on the farm, such as horses, dogs, cats and beautiful parrots. Should you or your children want to help with feeding, this can be arranged with the owner. As an extra option, you can bring your own horse in your own paddock. This is agreed separately with the owner. Riding is only possible on your own horse. Fixed consumption surcharge 79 DKK / day and 553 DKK / week. The property is not rented to youth groups (young people under 25 years). Good to know The owner lives on the ground floor. As a guest, you also have part of the outdoor area to yourself, as the owner does not use the garden itself. The nearest city life is only a few kilometers away in Sæby, where you will also find a beautiful beach. Otherwise, you can visit the child-friendly beach in Lyngså. It is about 7 km from the apartment. As there are two large fridges/freezers in the apartment, there is plenty of space for shopping.
