The house has two bedrooms with good beds and plenty of closet space. In addition, there is a spacious loft with a window, where a bed and mattress can be placed so that children can enjoy themselves undisturbed. The ladder to the open loft is placed vertically. When in use, it should be placed at an angle. The garden is surrounded by shrubs and trees, and you will feel right at home here. Cozy terraces to the east and southwest offer all-day living. From the house, you only have a short walk to a cliff with a beautiful view of the sea and the towns of Frederikshavn and Sæby – you can reach the beautiful beach via a small staircase. No rentals for youth groups. The tenant must be at least 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period. The area In Sæby (a 5-minute drive from the house) you can explore the old historic town center, Sæby Church, Sæbygård Castle or enjoy a nice refreshment at Sæby Harbour, which is a large active marina. The city of Frederikshavn is also only a 5-10 minutes’ drive away. The city has a large ferry port with connections to Sweden and Norway, as well as to the island of Læsø. The city also has a long pedestrian street with many exciting retail shops. If you want to drive a little further away from the site, it is obvious to visit Skagen, Denmark's northernmost town.
