The holiday home is 78m² with an annex of an additional 26 m2.  The house is suitable for 8 people with 3 rooms in the house: 2 rooms with bunk beds (190 x 80 cm) and one room with a double bed (2x 90 cm).  The two rooms with bunk beds are "connected" via a loft, something the children certainly will enjoy. In the cozy and spacious annex, 2 people can make themselves comfortable. Holds a bed of 170 cm (2x85 cm) The kitchen and living room are in open connection. In the living room, children (or adults) can find a cozy nook in the alcove, which measures 140x190. You will also find a wood-burning stove in the living room, to keep you warm on chilly days. In 2022, the terrace around the house (with composite boards) was renewed. As a special feature, you will find two cooling wells in the southeast-facing terrace, ensuring you always have cool drinks close to your sun lounger. Children can play outside on the large grounds and jump on the large trampoline. On the large terrace you'll find an outdoor spa for 6 people as well as an outdoor shower with hot water. The feeling of well-being and relaxation while sitting in the spa is enhanced by the nature around you. You can feel the wind, hear the birds singing and enjoy the view of nature. Well-being and relaxation are also possible in the house as there is a nice sauna with room for 4. NO RENTALS FOR YOUTH GROUPS! Area: The area around Bratten offers a beautiful white sandy beach – completely car-free. From the house you only have a few hundred meters to the Bratten summer grocery store, where you will find a wonderful public playground of a very high standard and across the dunes a ramp for wheelchair users and a very nice jetty into the beautiful water. Bratten invites you for walks with beautiful nature experiences and a rich animal and bird life. Visit the cozy harbors in Ålbæk and Strandby and enjoy the special life that unfolds here. From the house you only have an approx. 30 min. drive to Skagen with a wealth of attractions and sights.
