It was nice and peaceful 3 days stay at Auris by the beach. The property is recently refurbished and 5 mins walk from beach. Property is big enough and you get clean rooms and bathroom exactly as shown in picture. Also, the caretaker Subashish ensured we get all the required things on time and also helped to cook the breakfast. Ankit/Priya also helped us for early check in (based on availability) with smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property. Few things already mentioned by others. 1. No hot water in the tap, we managed as it's summer anyways (manual heater was available incase). 2. Backside entry for the first floor two rooms (not internally connected) and AC is not available in both the single bedrooms.

Had a wonderful stay. Subashish was very helpful and cooperative. Place is just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Very peaceful. Would recommend to everyone coming to North Goa.

Great little gem Pros 1. Very close to the beach. Less than 5min walk from the house. 2. Very well refurbished/ recently renovated property 3. Great care taker! Nitin was brilliant and went over and above to make sure our stay was pleasant. Cons 1. No hot water. This was just a timing issue as during my stay they had some issues with the solar panels. Nitin offered to sort out few buckets of hot water for us when we flagged that there was not hot water in the taps.

The place looks exactly what's shown in pics. A new property with new furniture and everything. The place is very peaceful and is about 200m from morjim beach which has many shacks. The grocery and wine shop are around 300-400m. The pool is fun to enjoy. Pankaj and care taker Nitin are helpful. only thing is that the stairs between 2 floors are from behind and not internal. Staying there is worth every penny if u looking for a peaceful and beautiful paradise .
