Onhandig en stoffig appartement. Voor schoonmaak en schone handdoeken moet je extra betalen. De airco stonk, de plafond ventilator had een dikke stoflaag, de badmat was vies en er was geen toiletpapier of tissues bij aankomst. Ook is er geen rek in de badkamer om je handdoeken aan op te hangen, deze moest je blijkbaar ophangen in de kledingkast. Er is geen stang of hang rek om je kleding even op te hangen om te luchten. Ook is er geen theedoek om vaat mee af te drogen, het afdruiprek zit in een bovenkast. Super onhandig allemaal! - Wat we wél fijn vonden was het bed, het prachtige uitzicht over de skyline van KL vanuit de kamer, de business lounge op de 36e etage, de skybar op de 37e en het gemakswinkeltje in de lobby.
Ronald is a great host, quick to respond, very flexible and understanding in all ways. I will surely go back next time I am in Malaysia.
Great spot close to bukit bintang and Chinatown. Apartment was clean, with good aircon, pool was great. We had a great stay.
