You definitely want to save this rental as your go to for anytime your in Panama CityBeach. The condo is on the corner of the building way up so you have a spectacular view of the ocean. We seen a pod of dolphins hunting and playingearly in the morning and that evening watched the sunset. The condo was beautiful and clean. The beds were memory foam and very comfortable. The host Thersa responded quickly and had great suggestions for local food and activities. We will definitely be coming back!

Place was beautiful and clean, we loved the views from balcony and master bedroom. We stayed during spring break weather was on the cooler side and beach was closed due to rip currents. Really wish the pool was heated so we could at least enjoy that. Wouldn’t recommend coming during spring break as there were always big loud crowds of teenagers everywhere. Other than that the place was nice.
Theresa's condo was great for a family friendly spring break escape! There were two families traveling consisting of four adults and two children (age 6) who all fit comfortably in the accommodations provided. Having three full bathrooms, two bedrooms each with king beds plus the bunk beds for the kids' room, washer/dryer in the unit, and the shared living space/kitchen for us to hang out together made our nearly weeklong stay truly memorable. We also loved the wrap around balcony just outside the living room with beautiful views of the beach and the gulf. The condo building itself is massive, and the pool, beach, and security around the facility were all top notch, though the pool is not heated so took a while to get used to in March. The only faults we found in the facilities was with the timeliness of the elevators (hit or miss) and the parking garage took a while to get in and out of. If you plan ahead for these things though, it's not a big deal. Thanks for a great stay Theresa!
