Perfect home for a small family. We noticed three playgrounds in the neighborhood on the way to the location of the home. The neighborhood was generally quiet and private. We barely made contact with anyone. Check-in was very easy and we felt right at home. When we went to bed that same night, we noticed that the walls were thick enough not to hear the neighbors. That was our biggest concern since our son is autistic and makes a lot of noise. If you have kids like ours who listen, but don’t listen at the same time, beware of them trying to get into the locked rooms and playing with the vases. We had to move one of the green vases in the living room into the storage room so they wouldn’t mess with it. My only complaint is that my children found a knife under the couch the following morning. Neither their dad or I used a knife since we had fast food. Luckily I was nearby to quickly take it way. I’d definitely rent here again.

The house itself was good for our family's stay, and the host responded quickly to messages. The cleaning crew could have done a better job, but our concerns were promptly addressed when brought to our hosts' attention, which was much appreciated. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

This home was not up to the standards I have experienced at other AirBnB properties. The house was dirty. We found a PIZZA in the oven, a hairspray bottle in the couch and a scrunchie on the bedside table. There was dried mad on the carpet and dead bugs on the staircase. I called the contact person twice and texted photographs of everything. Roderick guaranteed we would be refunded for the cleaning fee. Since the bedrooms/ linens and bathrooms were acceptable we stayed ( we had traveled quite some distance and were attending a baby shower) The house was also missing instructions for internet and jets to the pool that was listed in the post. There were no hairdryers or blankets in the home. Unfortunately, after checking out I did not receive the refund and was ignore by Evolve. I reached out to Air BnB and they were able to facilitate a partial refund. This hone is new construction, well located and could be great under proper management and with a better cleaning service.

The guest contact Erica and Rod were amazing. Friendly and helpful and quick to respond. I will definitely stay here again.
