The house is in need of repairs. Specifically there is serious water damage from the upstairs tub. On the second day, there was water draining down into the living room from the ceiling. Mayra was very responsive and issued a partial refund immediately.

It is a spacious townhome located very close to the venue we were visiting. Spacious bedrooms that accommodated our family well. Although we ran into minor issues during the stay, the host was very accommodating and assisted and making everything right. It is a recommended stay if visiting the area and need a place to stay and have room for everyone.

This was a great place to stay and was very affordable compared to other locations in the area. The beds were very comfortable which was a surprise compared to other AirBNBs I've stayed at. It was very easy to get to the oceanfront in less than 10 minutes. I did not need anything from the host but communication was great and had quick responses.

Everything was great at Mayra's AirBnB. The instructions for everything were clear, access was easy, the house was clean and comfortable, and the location is hard to beat because it is very close to everything - including the beach and boardwalk. Unfortunately the neighborhood is at the end of a Navy runway so there are some brief times when jets fly over, but that doesn't happen too early nor too late. It's simply the sound of freedom!
