Featuring 5 bedrooms, 6 bath. Two common areas with entertainment for all. Including pool table, arcade games, shuffle board, and bar area. Several non motorized water vessels, 4 large decks, and 2 car garage for guest use. Large chefs kitchen for all your cooking needs. Please note stairs are unavoidable in this home. ONE dog allowed with $200 pet fee. This is non-refundable and does not cover damage or negligence due to bringing pet. Extra charges will apply for damage or extra cleaning required. Bedroom 1(Primary 1, Entry level)- King sized bed, queen sized futon, two nightstands, 30’ Roku tv, ceiling fan, and closet. Elliptical use at your own risk. Access to the entry patio. Double sided gas fireplace into the ensuite bath with jetted tub with lake views, shower and two vanities. Bedroom 2(Entry level)- Queen sized bed, sitting bench, side tables, dresser, and smart tv to access your streaming subscriptions. Direct access to its own deck. Overlooking Boulder Bay Park and lake with 2 sunbathing chairs. Access to own bathroom with shower and single vanity. Bedroom 3(Lower Level)- Queen bed, nightstands, two twin futon mats, dresser, and closet. Own bathroom with shower and single vanity. Bedroom 4(Primary 2, upper level) King bed, nightstands, dresser, chair, 55” tv with Blu-ray player (bring your own discs), gas fireplace, ceiling fan, direct access to upper front deck and own private balcony. Ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, jetted tub, and shower. Bedroom 5/Office(upper level) Full/Full bunk bed. Desk with dual monitors. Please bring your own computer and cables to connect. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton rounds, q tips, and floss picks. We do provide 1 hand towel and 2 wash cloths per bathroom. 16 bath & 16 spa towels are provided. (Not for lake use, please bring extra for lake.) A minimum of 2 rolls of toilet paper are provided per bathroom. More may be left depending on number of guests and duration of stay. If you use large amounts of toilet paper, please bring extra. Bathroom 1(Entry level)- Jetted tub with double sided gas fireplace with views of the lake. Shower and dual vanity. Located in primary bedroom 1. Bathroom 2(Entry level)- Shower with single vanity. Located in bedroom 2. Bathroom 3(Entry level)- Half bath located near garage and laundry room. Bathroom 4(Lower level)- Shower and single vanity. Located in bedroom 3 just off the game room/bar. Bathroom 5(Upper level)- Half bath located just off the kitchen. Bathroom 6(Upper level)- Jetted tub, shower, and dual vanity. Located in Bedroom 4. Living area/Gaming- Full sized pool table, arcade unit, and checker board. Large bar area with mini beer fridge. Seating for 3 at the bar counter. Large couch and bar height table with chairs for 2. Large 55” Roku tv to steam your accounts. Direct access to lower deck viewing lake, spa and lake access. Kitchen (Upper level)- Large chefs’ kitchen. Open floorplan with visibility into dining area and second living area. Countertop seating for 6. Full-sized fridge with ice and filtered water. 6 burner gas stove with double oven, and full sized dishwasher. Some seasonings are provided to help you create wonderful meals. If you prefer take-out no worries! Fully stocked with all utensils, dishware, cookware, and bakeware. Direct access to upper back deck. A starter pack of paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, coffee grounds, Keurig pods, and sugar are provided. Coffee set up- 12 cup drip and Keurig. Dining- Located in view of kitchen, large dining table with chairs for 6 and two benches. Extra seating at the counter in kitchen, or gaming table in living area. Living room- Large sofa, coffee table, side tables, gas fireplace, various games, gaming table with chairs for 4. 65” smart tv with basic cable and apple tv. Direct access to the front deck. Fireplaces- Panorama Peninsula has several gas fireplaces. Do not burn wood in them. No wood fires are allowed outside due to being in a high fire risk area. Laundry area (entry level)- Full sized HE washer and dryer located near the garage. Along with vacuum if needed. Panorama Peninsula has a total of 6 deck areas for your viewing pleasure. Deck 1-Entry level access from front of the home, and Bedroom 1. Deck 2-Entry level. Access only from bedroom 2 Deck 3- Lower-level access from Gaming room with access to the spa and lake. Views Boulder Bay Park/lake. Patio between deck and lake. Propane firepit and chairs. We replace propane tanks once a week. If it runs out during your stay, please swap the tank. We reimburse for tank swaps with picture of itemized receipt. Deck 4-Upper-level access from the kitchen. Natural gas grill, ice chest, and patio furniture. Deck 5- Upper-level front of the home. Access from Bedroom 4 and main living room. Deck/Balcony-Upper level, Access from primary bedroom 2. Dock- Panorama Peninsula has a dock that can be made available upon request. Keep in mind the owner of the home does keep their boat and jet skis at the dock which is not available for guest use. Boats, jet skis, or additional non-motorized vessels can be rented through various marinas. We do not guarantee water levels. The beach is public access; however, most people are residents of this peninsula. If water levels are low, there may be people from Boulder Bay Park area wandering to the other side. You are free to use the 2 SUP, 1 canoe, and 1 kayak. Life vests are provided. Located near the spa. A liability waiver is required to be signed upon reserving this property. Use at your own risk. Please take care of our amenities and put them back when done. Parking- We are permitted for 5 vehicles. Parking is allowed on drive way and in garage only. You most likely will need AWD/4x4 and or chains in winter months due to a slight decline in the street to the home. Parking is not permitted on the street or in other driveways. Heating- Central heating throughout home. Please note, like most homes in Big Bear this home does not have AC. The home does have ceiling fans. We hope you choose to stay at Panorama Peninsula for your trip. If there are any other questions, please reach out! There are six areas you do not have access to. A portion of the closet in bedroom 1. Pantry area in kitchen, 2 closets and full fridge in gaming room, cabinets/storage in garage, and some cabinets in laundry room. Both areas are locked. Don’t worry, you’re not missing much. The owners and cleaners keep their personal belongings or supplies in them. We hope we answered all your questions. Wonderful place in Big Bear. We had a family reunion and the space was a wonderful fit, enough room for everybody and with with great views all around. We highly recommended and will come back again.

Seth was born and raised in Las Vegas. Molly was raised in Utah. On our first visit to Big Bear in 2013, something about the community spoke to us. In our vacation day dreaming, we joked we would have a home here one day trying to get away whenever we could. Who knew 7 years later, we would be living here full time! We started Savvy Bears Management officially 2019. We now help others get away and enjoy what we fell in love with so long ago. Most of the homes we manage are focused on being furkid (dog) friendly, comfortable for the non fur guests, and stylish updated spaces. We have two young daughters, 2 pups, Riley, Odin, and our cat Chance. We enjoy food, outdoors, meeting new people, and experiencing everything life has to offer. Even though we love traveling and are social. We fully enjoy being home bodies and playing games. We are always running around Big Bear. You may or may not see us upon checking into our office. Our team works closely with us and are dedicated to a smooth vacation experience!
