Interior: The 150 sq m, single-floor house is fully air conditioned. The main entrance leads directly to the living room with two niches and a raised area, typical of palmenti. The cosy and fully-equipped kitchen is completed by the dining area, forming a single convivial and informal room. Two adjacent bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, where you will also find the washing machine. The third bedroom, next to the living room, has an ensuite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden at the back of the house.
