I loved staying at Kristin‘s place, and I really appreciated her flexibility. I had to book on really short notice, and she accepted us with open arms. She is a very communicative and very quick to reply. Though, I didn’t have many questions because her instructions were so clear. if I ever need to stay in Kennett Square again, this will be the first accommodation I look for! It was very spacious, and my dog loved the backyard. He also got a kick out of sniffing around in the barn. Couldn’t recommend Kristin’s space more!

A lovely and cozy stay overall. I appreciated the barn’s history! It was also very accommodating for pets with several entrances to the fenced in yard.

Fantastic location, well worth the price. Hosts are super responsive. Having a yard is amazingly helpful. Location is cozy with all the amenities of home. Will absolutely stay there again. Highly recommend to any and all future renters.

Excellent conversion from a barn to a lovely home; extra touches were appreciated. Kristin is a perfect host, she responded quickly and professionally when necessary. Our favorite was the easy access for our dog to the large, fenced back yard. The stairs inside were a little tricky for our old Pom and we had to carry her down every time after her first attempt ended in a face-plant; also a little tricky for this old lady to navigate during night time bathroom visits. But the stairs were mentioned in the listing, so we knew what to expect and our Pom is almost blind; so my bad for not helping her the first time. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come again. The back patio and yard will be amazing in the warmer weather. Also the upper part of the barn is stunning and we'd spend more time there in more comfortable weather.
