很漂亮的全新房子，每间房都很大，装修也不错，房东chen回复及时，帮我们联系了租车，房屋在半山腰，能看到漂亮的海景，走路可能不太方便，住这里最好得有一辆汽车。总体来说，是很棒的体验，如果房间能有一台洗衣机就很好了
房子很新，但是道路很陡，不适合新手驾驶，没有找到游泳池，另外对于电费9铢每度的收取不认可

Die Unterkunft ist unserer Meinung nach, noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Es war wirklich sehr angenehm und wir hatten einen wunderbar weiten Blick. Die Kommunikation mit Chen war ebenso ausgesprochen unkompliziert. Sie war sehr zuvorkommend und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft aus tiefstem Herzen empfehlen, wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit

Ideally located in the heart of samui on the lower part of the hills of Chaweng. Just 5 minutes away from restaurants, 10 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from the airport & Fisherman village, and last but not least 7 minutes away to the nearest shopping center.
Chaweng Noi hills is a central located area with incredible panoramic views facing Chawengs beautiful long stretched beach.
Getting around Koh Samui is easy. From bike & car rental to private taxi services, Samui provides everything. On the main road are two buses and plenty of big-sized tuk-tuks that can bring you all over the island.
The area is in a great location, close to everything yet very private and quiet. The villa has plenty of space for car or bike parking.
Renting a car is by far the easiest and most safe way of getting around. Let us know if you need a car. We can arrange for it to be at the property.
We do not recommend renting motorbikes due to your safety and insurance concerns. Only if you have plenty of motorbike experience and your familiar with the thai roads we would make a exception and suggest it.
If you wish it is also possible to provide a private car with personal driver, (for an additional cost). A private taxi service is always on call and will arrive at the villa in +/- 15 minutes.
