The 5 room detached house comprises 180m2 of living space and is located in the original "Nucleo" of Brissago. The house offers complete privacy and plenty of space. The furnishings and fittings are to property standard. The large outdoor area has a terrace for 8 people and a large garden with lounge. The house is ideal for couples who look for space and enjoy cooking, but also for 1-2 families who appreciate the spaciousness and private garden. Dogs by individual arrangement. On the ground floor there is the dining room, a modern semi-open-plan kitchen (fully equipped), a study, a large living room with exposed beams and panoramic windows, as well as a guest WC and a laundry room. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (one with en-suite shower/WC), a guest room and a very large children's room. Box-spring beds (180x200 and 160x200) have been selected for the adults, while there is either a bunk bed (90x200) or two single beds (2 times 90x200) for the younger ones. There is also a separate shower/WC. All bathrooms and kitchen have been recently renovated.

It's an amazing house with an incredible view of the Maggiore lake. So quiet in the night. We found everything we needed and the children were delighted with the amount of toys and games at disposal. Thank you Sasha to have let us enjoy your lovely place for a while !
Das Casa Moleto hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist gross und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Kinderzimmer stehen tolle Spielsachen zur Verfügung und der Ausblick aus dem schönen Garten auf den Lago Maggiore ist wunderschön! Alles war sehr sauber und die Küche und die Zimmer sind super ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Ines und Sascha war ebenfalls super.
Ein wunderbarer Ort. Die Villa ist sehr schön, modern und doch heimelig sowie qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Erhöht - über dem Ort Brissago - und sehr ruhig gelegen mit super Aussicht auf den See. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil! Auch der Terrassenplatz ist toll und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Sascha und Inès und die Informationen zum Haus waren ausführlich und tadellos. Gemeinsam mit einer anderen vier köpfigen Familie hatten wir genügend Platz. Das riesige Spielzimmer war für unsere Kids das Highlight :) Wir hatten am Abreisetag fast ein bisschen Mühe, das Chalet Rothüsi zu verlassen. Wir hoffen auf eine nächste Gelegenheit!
Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr stylisch und sauber. Die Ausstattung war super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Garten und Aussicht grandios. Das Kinderzimmer war mit vielen Spielsachen ausgestattet und sehr gross. Badezimmer sehr sauber und alles fast wie neu. Würden sofort wieder kommen. Vielen lieben Dank.

The municipality of Brissago offers a free shuttle service to the centre 6 times a day. The bus stop is right in front of the house.
Casa Moleto is located in the old, picturesque village centre of Brissago. The Roman paths lead directly past the house to other parts of the village (not suitable for heels!).
