Extremely well resourced (particularly the kitchen), spacious, lovely home in a beautiful location with just a truly great feeling about it (not to mention comfy beds). The range of living areas was a particular highlight for us, and was even better than we thought it would be. With three generations staying in one house, everyone could have their space if they needed, or all get together to eat or relax as a group. Spent mornings on the balcony with coffee and a chat or evenings watching the sunset. Great attention to detail exemplified by a really very considerate and well thought out arrival pack and provisions. Lovely location: it was close to food, cafes, public transport, and of course the beach. We didn't make enough use of the pool (weather was a bit cool) but those that did loved it. Everyone from a 13 to 83 year old said it was fantastic. Would have loved to be there longer and would (and will) absolutely stay again if we are in Adelaide. Perhaps our best Airbnb to date.

We stayed at Jo and Nick accommodation recently and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The host's communication was impeccable. From the moment I inquired about booking to the day of check-out, they were prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed for a smooth stay. The house is clean and well-maintained place. It truly felt like stepping into a home away from home. The attention to detail in cleanliness did not go unnoticed, and it made for a comfortable and inviting atmosphere throughout my entire stay. One of the highlights for me was the fully equipped kitchen. The rooms were all comfortable w/ enough space. Overall, my experience exceeded all expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch Airbnb experience. Thank you to the host for providing such a wonderful home away from home! Frank
