When you read others review you think how is it possible 5 star. First room full of mould, asked to change and receptionist was disagreeing with me when the hotel was nearly empty? I swim every day I have a chance and the pool wasn't cleaned at all my whole week. Needs a new filter and someone to clean the fine debris. 0 attention to detail, for the price I had better expectations as I'm familiar with the area.

Hotel staff were lovely and helpful. Place was small but located perfectly and clean. Only issue was i had to change dates and the host would not accept.

Staying at Singgah Hotel was a very good experience. The staff were friendly. Small hotel with the amenities that were suitable. The location was prime walking distances to everything that you need. I'll definitely be staying there again
