My biggest issue was with the lack of empathy and immaturity from the host. Everything else I would of let go like the stain on the bedsheets, unclean floors, marijuana smell from neighbour, and not the best neighbourhood. But when shared clearly I had senior parents, and need to be clear on the stairs it was shared - only 15 steps, and always someone to help In reality it was - 40 steps, path with gravel and no one to help It created a lot of pain for my parents knees and I was quite unhappy with her responses and lack of support to ensure safety of my senior parents. I felt this was quite unethical and very much would not worth a bad review but there was a real big lack of empathy shown, which left a big distaste. Clear photos were also shown of the uncleanliness, the steps and the lack of empathetic responses. I hope the host knows the severity of the safety risk it would have been to my parents carrying 5 suitcases up and down 40steps with no help.

Apartamento nuevo, limpio y tranquilo. Hay 2 balcones con mesa y sillas que es lo mejor para relajarse. Ha sido una experiencia muy positiva y sin lugar a dudas si volvemos a Milán, elegiremos este sitio.

L'appartamento di Serena è favoloso e confortevole. Serena è gentile, collaborativa e disponibile. La consiglio vivamente per un soggiorno a Milano. Se avete l'auto approfittate del parcheggio interno disponibile a pagamento.

We had a great time! Everything is exactly like in the pictures and very comfortable. Clean, well stocked and well prepared for guests. The place is brand new, also. Amazing experience all around!
