Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located apartment within walking distance to Bournemouth award winning beaches and vibrant town center. Enjoy a variety of restaurants and cafes or head out on a shopping trip. This area has everything to offer. The flat can sleep 2 adults and up to 2 small children or 1 older child on a roll out bed. We provide cot/high chair/roll out bed upon request and free of charge. Large living room with fitted modern kitchen. Newly refurbished bathroom. Flat recently re-painted.

Had a great little stay at Boryana’s. Nice and clean studio. Very accessible to city centre. Response time was quick. Parking was a little confusing but had help from Boryana. Would recommend :)
Had a very good last minute stay at Boryanas place - exactly what I needed. Good location and Bed was super comfortable !
Very clean, quite flat although close to shops, main road. Not far from the beach. The place has most things you should need for a long stay/self-catering. Boryana was quick to respond & helpful: especially flexible in terms of checking in earlier 👍

Situated just behind Old Christchurch Road. 2 mins walk to shops and restaurants and 5 mins walk to main beach. Very quiet building as it’s secluded behind the main road so you can enjoy peace while being in a central location.
There is off street parking just next to the property. It’s free for 2 hours and then paid. It is then free from 6pm until 8.30am. There are additional paid parking spaces around.
