Nice hotel in a convenient and peaceful location. Very convenient to have a microwave and fridge in the room! Decent price considering the area. We'd stay here again!

We booked for two nights. Our room initially appeared clean and comfortable, however it became evident during our second evening there that there was a severe ant infestation in the room. Ants were found all over the bed and crawling on sealed food containers trying to access the contents. After speaking with a manager at the front desk, we were relocated to a room on the opposite side of the hotel. The second room was clean but unremarkable. We requested a full refund for our stay, it it was approved by the general manager. We were told the refund would take 3-5 days to be received. After a full week, I followed up and was unable to obtain an update on the status of the refund. I was asked to speak with a payment processor, Hotel Tonight, as they were supposed to have an active case pertaining to the refund. Hotels Tonight had no record of my stay or the refund offered by hotel management. It has been almost two weeks, and still no refund. Constant runaround, no solution offered.
