Saeid is fantastic host and one of the example of the best host in Airbnb. His recommendations and instructions are very detailed. He’s very responsive and friendly. The room was super clean. Everything exceeded my expectations. He also prepared a welcome gift for me which was a nice surprise. Highly recommend Saeid’s place.

Stayed at Saied’s place during the Eras Tour weekend, host was very helpful & responsive. Room was very clean & private with lock on the door for extra security. Room was as described in the listing. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our trip to Melbourne.

By a long shot, Saeid is the best host I’ve ever had. He went above and beyond in every manner- an international charging plug, food to start, directions & great local recommendations, some food to get me going. I got lost getting there (my fault- his directions were fine) so he came to meet me. He walked me to the train station to show me how to get to downtown Melbourne. I couldn’t have asked for more. 5 stars isn’t enough
