Unfortunately, I have to write a 1 star review for the first time. I arrived 20-30 min after booking, the host told me the apartment is available right away. There, a girl waited for me to check me in, she showed me the apartment and asked me to wait outside until she makes a card that I can use to enter the apartment. All of a sudden the system for cards and apartments didn’t work anymore and she was also blocked outside of the location. We ended up waiting for the actual owner of all the location which kept promising that it will arrive soon, it took me about 2 hours of WAITING THERE just to find out I need to go somewhere else, and they cannot give me the apartment. They wanted to give me another one 30 minutes away but nothing like the one I wanted. Terrible experience, i was with my girlfriend which just broke her leg and had it in a cast, and we were desperate to reach a location with a bad, this was horrible and would not want to happend to anyone. Thanks.
