The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Comfort at every level. You have 2 levels of living area. Each level has it's own bathroom with shower. Each floor has 2 bedrooms. Its a block of of 41st. street strip, AKA" the shopping district" for retail and restaurants. Beautifully designed for comfort with 3 King beds, 1 Queen bed and Queen sofa bed. Tempurpedic style foam beds in every bedroom, many guest like the comfort of these beds.

Beautiful place with nice fields and kitchen. Most definitely Family friendly and super clean when I came. Many beds for many people. TV’s are easy to use and very big . If I come back I will most definitely stay here again.
Rubin’s stay was just as described. It’s a great location, surprisingly big, and definitely cozy and clean. We were visiting for a funeral unfortunately, and Rubin could not have been kinder about the circumstances of our visit and our last minute booking. Would stay here again!

Suburban neighborhood that is just one city block away from the 4st. strip which has a multitude of restaurants and retail shopping and mall nearby. Close by is Costco . Take a drive through the neighborhood north and you'll drive by Augustana University and USF is close by.
Off street parking in back of the house and on street. Uber and Lyft is available for rides in Sioux Falls.
