Pinhoti Peak is a modern construction mountain cabin near Fort Mountain State Park. This idyllic retreat, designed by HGTV Designers, offers breathtaking views, luxurious amenities, and direct access to hiking and ATV trails. This 4,700 square foot retreat features five bedrooms, four and half bathrooms, three kitchens, and three unique living rooms to accommodate multiple families, larger groups or corporate retreats where you might desire a little extra privacy than most homes offer. Pinhoti Peak has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths with a total of 6 beds plus 3 convertible couches. Here's a quick breakdown of the total beds: 3 Kings 2 Doubles 1 Queen 3 Sofa (Twin) beds Here's a little more detail on the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms: 1. The "ADU" has a king bed and bathroom ensuite. This Suite has a living room and kitchenette separate from the main house. 2. The "Blue Ridge Master Suite" has a king bed and bathroom ensuite. 3. Next to the master is the "Cohutta Bedroom" with a King Bed bedroom, that shares the “Bear Creek Camp Bathroom” (2 toilets, 3 sinks, 1 shower) with the “Benton MacKaye” double bedroom. 4. Next to the "Cohutta Overlook Bedroom" is the "Benton MacKaye" bedroom with 2 double beds and shares the “Bear Creek Camp Bathroom” with the "Cohutta Overlook" bedroom. 5. The final bedroom is on the terrace level and has one queen bed. There is another kitchenette and living room between this bedroom and bathroom, but there is a lockable door to this entire suite to provide additional privacy. Finally, any of the 3 "sleep kits" from our sofa manufacturer can be put on any of the sofas.

Place is actually way more gorgeous in person . Photos don’t really do it justice. The hose were not only friendly , accommodating but also SUPER responsive . Would def recommend to anyone
Now wait one minute. This place is simply beautiful. The floor plan, decor, views, amenities etc. Where to begin and where to end? My family had an amazing time at Pauline's place. The kids bounced from the pool to the putt-putt green and then to the movie room. We could not have asked for a better way to spend Easter weekend. We plan to return soon. I would 1000% recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the mountains!

Our stay at Pauline and Chip’s modern mountain house was nothing short of spectacular. The Mountain views are insane and the house combines sleek modern design with breathtaking natural surroundings. Each room is beautifully designed, ensuring comfort and style. The house is equipped with top-notch amenities including the private put put greens, sauna, movie rooms, and ping pong, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The highlight, however, was Pauline’s exceptional hosting. Her responsiveness and detailed information about the house and local area were incredibly helpful. Her recommendations for hikes and dining enhanced our experience, allowing us to fully embrace the mountain lifestyle. Pauline’s attentive and informative approach made our stay seamless and memorable. This mountain house is a perfect retreat for those seeking a blend of luxury and nature. The amazing listing pictures themselves can’t capture all the breath-taking aspects and details of this property enough. This Cabin was immaculate!!! The host Pauline was very communicative and provided assistance within minutes when needed, which will be few far in-between, in that she has already touched all bases in her amazingly put together welcome guide and instructions. In addition, the property has everything one could possibly need at your disposal to enjoy your say. The amenities, design of the property, and decor will have you feeling like you’re in fairytale paradise. I can’t describe enough the beauty of this property and the surrounding scenery. I throughly enjoyed my stay and I will be revisiting. I highly recommend to anyone
