各方面都很好，位置很好、入住便利、房东nice

As others have said in the reviews, the home is quite vertical. But the stairs did not bother us. We were not traveling with children. The home was very, very clean and bright. The location was perfect and very quiet but very close to all of the busy areas. This was one of the more comfortable beds and pillows that we have encountered on our three-week trip of Japan. The bathrooms were very clean. The only downside is that there’s no washing machine available.

Host was responsive and communicative. The place is tight in space but it's as described. The lower floor toilet had seat warmers but didn't seem to have bidet. Good location and we had no issues.

We had a great 9 nights at Bin’s apartment. We loved being so close to the station and so many local restaurants but then the quiet residential surrounds. We are a family of 5 so the 3 bedrooms helped give each other space which is a bonus in Tokyo! Bin is very kind and responsive to any queries. We asked if there is an iron and he promptly told us he bought one! He was also great in checking in on us during the stay. He left beer and gifts for our boys which was such a lovely welcomed. It was also lovely to walk into the door and see a hand written welcome note. There is a laundry mat nearby. We didn’t manage to go but right next to laundry mat is lovely cafe called Bam Bi Cafe. We would highly recommend Bin’s apartment. Great location, facilities and host.

Bin was a great host. We stayed in his beautiful home for a few nights. The neighbourhood was peaceful but also in a quick walking distance from Tokyo's Koreatown. We had an issue with the lock box, the key got jammed and Bin was quick to come by to fix it. He greeted us with some treats and souvenirs. His place has all the basic amenities.
