Excellent hosts! They were incredibly accommodating with flexible check-in arrangements and promptly responded to my inquiries. They graciously accommodated my request for an earlier check-in and extension of my stay. The apartment is fully equipped with appliances, including a washer, making it ideal for longer stays. The fast WiFi connection was a huge plus for me as a remote worker. The cleanliness of the place exceeded my expectations—I didn't spot a single roach during my entire three-night stay, which is rare in my experience with other Airbnbs. I highly recommend this place!

I highly recommend Jay and Janette's unit. The hosts are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We stayed here for 3 weeks and they regularly changed our beddings and towels and clean the apartment. There were complimentary snacks when we checked in. The unit has everything that we need including washing machine and hair dryer. There are restaurants and malls around the area and the train station is right across the street. I'll definitely come back when I get to visit Mandaluyong again. Thank you very much po!

This listing has literally more than everything we need. The place is very clean and homey. The host gave us clear instructions for check-in, prepared the documents and sent us the building pass in advance. They're very polite and accommodating. Mind you, we didn't have any problems during our stay as they made sure everything is in perfect condition. Again, thank you and we'll definitely book again ☺
