Set in an idealic fishing community. You are surrounded by trees and backing onto a beach with 900 ft private beach frontage. Clean shallow shoreline with views of the village, harbor, and Crispo Island. This is a quiet community with many long-term resident Welcome to Seaside Serenity! I grew up in this community for over 30 years. Currently reside in Alberta with my husband and 5 children. My family is the 5th generation at this property. We ask that you treat our home with respect as you would with your own place. In the main closet, you will find extra blankets and pillows. Games for rainy days. We just ask that you put all pieces back in the correct box. There are also outdoor games available. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for all your cooking and baking needs. There is a private beach behind the house for you to access. Great place to go kayaking, paddleboarding, or for a swim. There are beach towels for you to use during your stay. Please do not use the bath towels for the beach No smoking is allowed inside the home. There are ashtrays located outside on each deck. Internet provider is Starlink! For the children: There is a playground 1km away in the village of Havre Boucher. Skatepark in Port Hawkesbury, walking trails There are many amenities within 20 mins. A few of my favorite restaurants; Miller's tap and grill is located in the town of Port hawkesbury only 15 minutes away as well as Papa's pub. Cove motel and restaurant located in aulds cove is only 5 minutes away, which has spectacular views. Subway, Tim Hortons, Big stop, 2 petrol stations, nslc are also 5 minutes away. On your way to antigonish, there is a petrol station, nslc and robins donuts, which is 10 minutes away in Monastery Antigonish is 20 minutes away. Home of the Highland Games. Plenty of walking trails, skatepark, restaurants, pubs,distillery, st.fx university, and plenty of shopping.
