Ben saved my birthday weekend after VRBO doubled booked us and we were let down by a property 4 hours before check in. Ben/Air B and B saved the day and we booked in to this property last minute. Beautiful accommodation, easy to find and it has everything you need. thank you!

A lovely house with great surroundings for a large group of friends.
Overall we enjoyed our stay in Titchmarsh, the location & private gardens are beautiful & there was plenty of space for a family get together. There were a few things however that would have made our stay more comfortable & we were disappointed these issues existed given the price of the property. Water pressure was low, the tap in downstairs toilet sink was barely a drip & water very slow in the main bathroom. Hot water was also a problem so showering 11 people became quite difficult during our stay. For the kids bath we had to use kitchen pans to add cold water from sink tap. There were no hairdryers available despite them being advertised and nothing was done about this when I communicated with property owner. Part of dishwasher was missing so wasn't cleaning dishes properly & we had to do everything by hand. lightbulbs missing in the downstairs toilet, landing and bedroom lamps. If these problems are ironed out in future, we would still return as a family group.
A nice large home for staying with friends and family. The garden was great for the kids too. A good location and very convenient for the local pub. Ben was very responsive to our questions. Thank you.
