the beds, pillows and bedding were amazing! the bathrooms are exactly as described. the place was clean and met my expectations entirely. the drive up the mountain to the very top on a motorcycle was terrifying. I very strongly encourage you to follow his directions and not Google Maps!
Chris’s condo is perfectly clean, the place and the view is so beautiful! I can just sit out in the patio or the reading nook overlooking Mt. LeConte to relax and have a relaxing day. The beds were comfortable and the linens fresh and clean. The bathrooms are pristine and everything was working good. We didn’t have the chance to cook but cooking utensils and small kitchen appliances were available. The place was quiet, we had good sleep. I wish we could stay longer! I would rent this place again! Thank you Chris for hosting us!
The stay was perfect and had a perfect view, being able to cook was a plus.
This was my second time staying in one of Chris’s condos at Gatlinburg Summit. I have been impressed equally both times by the cleanliness and quality of our stay! The views just make it that much better. 10/10 recommend!!

This gorgeous condo is only 3.6 miles to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It is part of The Gatlinburg Summit Condos. It features plenty of amenities! The condo complex offers an outdoor pool (seasonal), game room, gas grills, playground, and washer/dryer facilities (pay).
The indoor pool and hot tub are temporarily closed due to repairs. They are working hard to finish these repairs asap, but we do not have an updated completion date at this time. These are not advertised in the listing.
We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way up and without any inclement water any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.
