A comfortable place to stay in quiet part of Moroni, close to supermarket and easy transport available to beaches and markets. Ali invited me to join dinner with family at the accommodation, food was delicious. The place is great value for money and I'd stay again

Given the limited good options in Moroni this is probably one of the better places. The AC, wifi and hot water worked. The location is near the French Embassy and about a 20-25 min walk or short shared taxi ride into the central part of town where there's a couple restaurants. There's a big grocery store a 2 min walk away. The bed is better for those who prefer firm mattresses. There's a washer for use. The unit I got was different from the photos, there's a few units in this building so maybe the host gives what's available but the rooms seem to be somewhat similar so I didn't mind. Overall this place is good for Moroni since it really doesn't have many value for money tourist accommodations.

Ali est un hôte très agréable, réactif, qui donne des conseils et des références spontanément et qui nous a fourni un contact lorsque nous avons eu un soucis avec notre avion, nous obligeant a rester un jour de plus et a modifié notre billet. Le logement correspond a ce qui était attendu : sécurisé, propre, climatisé et avec en plus, une aide ménagère passant chaque jour et une sécurité en cas de coupure électrique. Il est bien placé, avec un supermarché proche et avec des taxis accessibles rapidement pour rejoindre le centre en quelques minutes. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir eu un tel hôte et nous le recommandons vivement.

The room was ok. It had AC and a private toilet. The room itself could have been cleaner and the bathroom door did not stay shut, so I had to use tape on it. Ali is very friendly and helpful, he will tell you the correct prices for stuff and help you around in general. Ali has a person called Steven helping him with the property, Steven is not dangerous but he will try to scam you out of your money. Telling the wrong prices for stuff and giving your incorrect information. The location is great. Security is also great.
