We are graded 4* Gold by Visit Britain with a ROSE award (Recognition of Service Excellence) and have a 'Gold' Green Tourism Award. We are #1 on Trip Advisor for Oxford including a Certificate of Excellence Luxury South facing cottage with farmhouse character and discreet essentials such as biomass central heating and ultrafast WiFi. Graded 4* but 5* where it matters! Large open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room with Smart TV and ultrafast WiFi. Two bedrooms: 1 kingsize double and 1 super king double or twin. 5* linen & towels included. One large family bathroom with bath and overhead power shower. The cottage became a home from home instantly and the convenient touches such as salt, pepper, vinegar, and olive oil were very much appreciated. The beds are so comfortable and welcomed after long walks around the beautiful area and the decor is homely too! We very much enjoyed our time here and would 100% return. It's dog friendly which is great as our pup thoroughly enjoyed the space (inside and out). Thank you, Felicity and James!
We had a lovely stay at Waterperry Cottage with our two girls. The cottage was lovely, the outdoor area and Wendy house were very popular with our two and it was great they had so much space to play. The cottage itself was cosy and well stocked, and the cakes provided at check in were amazing!

The pretty village of Noke is just 5 miles from the centre of Oxford and located on the very edge of the Cotswolds. The cottages are on Lower Farm at the end of Noke, on the edge of the RSPB Otmoor reserve, which is a wetland for birds and the inspiration to Lewis Carol's Through the Looking Glass.
A car is recommended with plenty of free parking being available on the farm.
15 minutes drive to Oxford City Centre or to the Park & Rides that surround Oxford. We are the same distance to the City Centre as to the Park & Rides. Islip train station is a mile away and goes to Oxford in minutes and London in less than an hour.

We're helped by our daughters Rosie & Poppy, Bob the dog and a trusty team of Mrs. Cooke our head gardener and Martin.
