Demetri was super proactive and had the flat set up exactly as we requested. It was a quick one night stay after flying in and before leaving on a train the next morning and so nice to come into a ready situation. Clean, lovely view and perfect for our group of 6. Notes because I had back surgery a year ago and note mobility things now: both bathrooms are on the second floor up a spiral staircase. It worked for us but may be tough for others.

Great Location and easy to access - Demetri was very good at checking up if we were OK - nice accommodation and generally very pleasant stay. Biggest issue was that lift was not working and walking up 8+ flights of stairs was rather tough - so not great with anyone with mobility issues - obviously this wasn't under Demetri's control. We could have done with a few more pillows and a hairdryer - but we didn't bother asking as it was only a short stay

Demetri’s place was perfect for our visit. The location felt quiet from the street noice but ultra close to many public transport options.

Demetri was extremely responsive. There was an issue with some plumbing we let him know about and a repairman was there to fix it within 30 minutes! The flat was perfect for is meeting our adult children for a long weekend holiday. Highly recommend!
