It is a 5 minute car ride from the Amtrak train station and a 15 minute drive from the South Bend International Airport. It is biking distance or a short drive to Notre Dame and IU University. You will be close to the numerous parks within the city limits as well as the surrounding suburbs. This is a perfect house with a full kitchen, large living and dining space and three spacious bedrooms

Historic South Bend is such a charming place. This is directly opposite the Studebaker and the history museums. It's walking distance to downtown and short commute to Notre Dame and Indiana Universities
Guests can walk to the gym and indoor pool at Kroc Center and the grocery store a block away. Depending on the time of year, downtown and the local universities are within walking, biking or a short driving distance
