I selected the property because of the proximity to my relative's home. The property is brand new and it shows in the quality of the amenities. The duplex layout is ideal for the working at home executive. If traveling with family they will not be affected by you working in the lower level.

Miraflores is known as "The second Center of Lima", since we have various tourist attractions, the best restaurants and bars in the surroundings. We have Barranco and San Isidro as our neighbor they are known as the Bohemian and Business areas.
Our strategic location will allow you to move easily on foot, by public transport or by taxi to tourist areas, restaurants, bars, shopping centers, etc. Also, we have free parking for our guests (ask for availability in advance).
