This room is located at a quiet residential area which has a garden just downstairs. We have 2 little cats here who are behaving well. (They can stay in our room if that is a problem for you) This is a very safe residential area near Mairie de Talence and a beautiful park (park peixotto), while it is not too far from city centre.

I had a great experience living at Fabians place. I was there on an educational exchange at the uni nearby and choose to stay at Fabians place as it was within walkable distance to the uni. The hosts were friendly, the place was clean, and I had a great experience. Highly recommend this place.

6-min walk to take bus 31 to head to Gare St-Jean to take the train.
6-min/7-min walk to take bus 31 at Maire de Talence to head to University area.
