I was bold enough to use dark walls for this unique one bed that has a bit of skyline view and view of the lake behind the building. It is spacious with modern amenities plus guests get to use the gym downstairs. The apartment building is in the same premises with Festival Mall with Shoprite outlet for food and groceries, pharmacy, saloons/barbershops,boutiques, restaurant, lounge, game arcade and cinema. There is also a pool downstairs but guests have to pay to use it. Lounge and Kitchen area is open, but we did an island to demarcate kitchen from lounge. There is a space in between the lounge/kitchen, bathroom and the room.

The apartment was nice and homey. The property is secure with security at the entry gate, as well entry doors. There were a couple of maintenance issues, but some things were not controllable. I believe the response can sometimes change your reaction. Onyema's attention and service were 5-star. He responded timely to all requests. I will be back.

In a same compound that houses Festival Mall, a Hotel and The Residences apartments. With Military police and private security, safety is guarantee. Don’t have to Uber to get food, groceries, use the saloon, there is also a. lounge for party lovers.
Parking is free for guests, don’t really have to go out of the premises for essentials. The premises is safe, good for a run or walk in the mornings.
