Our villa is rented flexibly as follows: - 1 room for (1 to 2 guests) - 2 rooms (3 to 4 guests) - 3 rooms (5 to 6 guests). If you want the entire villa, you will need to place a maximum of 6 people on the reservation. The villa is perfect for families and/or couples looking for peace and tranquility while enjoying the beautiful surroundings that Cocotal Golf & Country Club offers: 5 minutes (car) from Playa Turquesa, Cortesitos and Coco Bongo. There is a minimarket with deliveries inside. Beautiful and cozy villa in Cocotal, surrounded by vegetation for day-to-day relaxation and rest, it has up to 3 large bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, it has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, internet, wifi, private entrance, private garage. It has a dining room inside and comfortable furniture outside. The flexible rental system works as follows: - If you want to rent only one room, you can book with 1 up to 2 guests. - If you want to use two rooms, you will need to book with 3 or 4 people (so the price changes accordingly). - If you want the full villa with 3 bedrooms, at least 5 or 6 guests must register at the time of booking. The bed sizes are as follows: - Master bedroom has 1 King size bed. - Room 2, 1 King size bed - Room 3, 1 double bed - Room 4, service room with personal bed Cocotal Golf & Country Club is a gated community and guest IDs are required for security. 5 minutes (car) from Playa Turquesa, Cortesitos and Coco Bongo. It has a mini Market, delivery Shopping Centers a few minutes away. The property sleeps up to 6 adult guests.
