It is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi, electric bed and extra mattress. It has a dressing area beside the bathroom. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries along with a rain shower. BEDROOM 2 This is a spacious bedroom on the ground floor that opens up to a view of the pond. It is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi, electric bed and extra mattress. GLASS ROOM - This room is located outside the villa and has a glass facade along with a deck on the pond bank. - It is equipped with an illuminated ceiling, curtains, 2 AC and seating arrangements on the deck. - There is a common bathroom next to the room equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BATHROOMS There are 2 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom in the Glass Room. Each bathroom is equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests' comfort. LIVING ROOM This modern living room on the ground floor is furnished with a fan, TV and WiFi. There are sofas catering to seating arrangements for up to 5-6 people. The window in this area opens up to the alluring surroundings of the property. DINING AREA There is a dining room attached to the kitchen, offering comfortable seating for up to 6 people respectively. It is equipped with an AC. LAWN AND BIRDCAGE There is a 16-acre lawn catering to various outdoor activities. It can seat up to 500 people at any given time. There is a bird cage present on the lawn with many species of birds. PORCH AND DECK The porch of the villa has a vintage car present that enhances the look and feel of the villa There are seating arrangements for up to 8 people to indulge in high tea and meals. The deck on the glass room has seating arrangements for up to 3-4 people with a view of the pond. KITCHEN Guests have access to the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
