Great location, clean and comfortable accommodation, private, quiet, excellent balcony and garden, light and airy. Great breakfast, communication from the owner. Very attentive to the small details. Bed very comfortable.

Sue’s place was perfect for a weekend of walking in the South Downs and mooching around local pubs and shops. Great location, spacious yet cosy room. Sue was extremely welcoming and helpful, but also gave us our own space. Delicious breakfast and brownies!

Had such a lovely stay in the Garden room. The room itself is incredibly comfortable, has excellent facilites and is just gorgeous. Location is also perfect for all the fab little shops and restaurants in Arundel. Sue was a wonderful host and the breakfast she provides is an absolute treat! Cannot recommend enough and I hope to stay again soon!

We had a lovely stay, Arundel is beautiful even though it was cold and windy! We booked a couple of nights away to blow the cobwebs out from Christmas and did a couple of long walks which did the trick. Sue is a lovely host, very responsive, welcoming and the croissant breakfast was lovely each morning. Would definitely stay again - perhaps during summer as there are some lovely pubs along the river that would be great to visit then. Sue’s home is just a 5 min walk to town so ideally placed and had everything we could need for us and our pooch. Thanks Sue!
