Located in the sunny Punta Hermosa neighborhood, this beautiful 5BR apartment features: 4 bedrooms with queen bed and one with a bunk bed and a twin bed, 5 bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining + living room that integrates to a beautiful balcony with an amazing pool with sea view. Property overlooking the ocean and sunset. It's very well located in "Caballeros". This beautiful house is in the front row in Punta Hermosa. Modern building with security guard in the most upscale neighborhood of Punta Hermosa. Doorman in the building.

We had a terrible experience at this house. We checked in and there was no hot water or gas for the stove. 2 people came by the next day to fix it 24 hours later. The refrigerator and freezer were also not working when we arrived. We lost our food and and ice from the freezer melted and flooded the kitchen. The main sliding glass doors were broken so we could not open one side. Another set of people had to come the next day to fix it, but they couldn't fix it and they would come back. They never did so didn't feel too secure with a door that didn't fully close or lock. Those were the main issues but there were many others - like broken curtains, cushions with mildew, 1 sofa without cushions, leaky toilets, etc. Bottom line is the house is in a beautiful location but it has had zero maintenance and care. If you enjoy spending your vacation reporting issues and waiting for maintenance then this is your dream home.
Place is nice, although some things were not ideal: 1) missing light bulbs in common areas, 2) pool water was not pristine, 3) garage door and large doors were a bit rusted
La casa es la de las fotos, pero tuvimos algunas situaciones desagradables que no se pueden plasmar en una foto. 1- Internet no funcionó por casi todo el día viernes, tuvimos que contactarnos con Juan para su habilitación, tuvimos que irnos a un lugar con wifi a trabajar. Se solucionó después de 7 horas app. Aún así, el wifi no llega a todas partes de la casa. 2- Estivimos todo el viernes sin agua, hasta app las 20:00 horas, despues de ese horario llegó el agua pero solo fría, tuvimos que ducharnos con agua fría. 3- La piscina de la terraza se rebalsa y no hay drenaje para el agua, por lo que esta se acumula en las baldosas de la terraza.. 4- Detrás de la cocina y la última habitación de la playa baja hay una terraza donde cae agua y esta se filtra a la pieza. 5- Habían solo 6 vasos, tuvimos que comprar. Estas situaciones se las hicimos saber a Juan, quien siempre respondió rápidamente, pero aún así hubo situaciones que no podía controlar y pasamos malos ratos.

Punta Hermosa is the it beach for surfers, with it's touristic attractions, great restaurants like La Casa de Gloria, Don Angelo, La Milonga and a variety of little shops is the perfect place to go with your family and/or friends, you won't regret it.
We recommend using UBER to move around.
