The accommodation was just as it was on the picture. The host was super helpful and the receptionist in the lobby was very knowledgeable and was able to make good recommendations about resturants. The place was very quiet and the area was beautiful. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is central and the inherent amenities of the property such as the pool and beach access are lovely. The furniture in the apartment were comfortable. However, many of the amenities that the listing noted were not available. When we checked in there were no rags, towels, bath soap, hand soap, blow dryer, toaster, appropriate pots and other kitchen utensils. There was only a fitted sheet on one of the beds, no blankets or other covering was available for sleep. We spoke to Brian about yhe missing amenities and after a few hours, we eventually got hand soap, bowls, spoons and forks for the kitchen. After many calls to the host, at approximately 10:45 pm, we eventually got a sheet to spread on the bed and cover with, all this time my young children were waiting on the sheet to cover, to go to bed. We also got only one rag and no towels for a reservation of 5 persons. We were promised additional towels and rags for the next morning, however, these came after 7pm, the night

Great spot for your stay in portmore. Ground floor apartment 1 min walk to the pool. Lots of space, loved the walk in closet in main bedroom. Be careful of ants if u leave food out- put all food items in fridge (quite common in Jamaica) Great location, short drive to all the malls with restaurants etc

I was disappointed during my stay. There was no hot running water, the entire stay I had to wash my hair and bathe in cold water. The water pressure was so low my entire stay. It was just a frustrated experience.
