Daniel was reaponsive and friendly. Quick communications. The house is in a new estate, fairly quiet. There is a great farm shop and butcher right next door. The house was clean and comfortable, quite spacious for up 4-6 people. The only downside was the kitchen was lacking, very few pots and pans and cutlery was sparse so we needed to wash after each meal. We just about managed! But the price was reasonable so Daniel's place is still good value.

The place is cosy and spacious. Very child-friendly :) not that we need it as there is no small children among us! Located in a quiet neighborhood where shops are less than 10mins drive. Check-in was easy. According to the host, the house is newly listed so although it has most of the amenities, there are few little things lacking. Outside at the back yard, there was no light at all and was pitch dark. We arrived ~4pm and had some difficulty finding the lock due to no lightings. The 2nd bathroom has a bath tub but no shower head. We were not comfortable using bathtub on rented property and therefore all of us ended using the master bathroom for shower. The barbecue pitch was a nice addition but since no lightings we had do it very early before it turned dark. On the whole it was a comfortable stay for us. The hot shower & AC heater worked fine. Apart from these few areas of improvement, I will definitely recommend Daniel’s place.

Excellent stay, great amenities in a clean environment and quiet location. Perfect for families. Would throughly recommend!
