I called him after booking.. no response so I sent him a message he replied with a number I should contact. The person called me and said they work together and the place I had booked was no longer available so they will get me another place in kisasi which I was okay so I call the guy on day of check in they tell me that that place is also not available and so I should go to acacia. I get to acacia call the guy and the phone is off until 15 minutes later standing in the sun the guy shows up. We go to the place and it’s completely different from what I had picked out but it’s okay coz I already paid for the place. It had a noticeable smell like there was urine on the couch, the couch leather was very old… the Netflix was not working, the water heater was not working, no toiletries. Overall I was not impressed and I made that clear when I spoke to the host.

The place is generally okay and just fine for purpose. The team on ground was very friendly and helpful

The place looks like it is on photos. it's building which is still new. The hostor is friendly. however, no restaurants around the place. I had to go to another place to get something to eat.
