I booked this property for my sister and husband however they found the property to be cold with no heat controls, there was a very strong smell of damp throughout the property and the mattress needs replacing due to sagging in the middle. It was disappointing that there was no folder of information, the larger shower couldn’t be used as it was leaking, no sugar provided or milk. I was astounded to receive a phone call at 830am on Easter Sunday about not using the en suite shower and had to make contact to even get the wi-fi code. Despite the fact that it was booked for 3 nights my sister and husband did not feel comfortable enough to stay the 3rd night and left after 2 nights stay.
