The upper level is occupied by other individuals who are not only very pleasant but also highly value their privacy. They have their own kitchen, bathroom, and balcony, so there are no shared areas. Your studio spot is entirely yours. The residence is communal only in the immediate entrance area, which comprises a short common corridor and a shared laundry facility. However, once you step through the door to your 'bachelor pad,' it transforms into your exclusive studio spot. Close the door, and you'll revel in the privacy it provides – your own cozy room, a generously proportioned bathroom complete with a bathtub and toilet, and a spacious outdoor area in the form of a balcony, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the local view. Furthermore, you'll have a compact yet fully functional kitchenette, ideal for preparing simple and quick meals (although it may not cater to extravagant banquets or the culinary feats of a top chef, it's certainly well-suited for a short holiday stay. No sink in the kitchenette’s cabinets but in the bathroom). This is my private "sanctuary" (which, truth be told, is a little distant from a luxury 5-star resort, hehe), that I graciously offer for rent when I'm not in Sydney. While it may not boast the luxurious splendour of a resort, I must confess that certain areas of the property, especially the shared areas like the laundry and the common corridor or the outdoor balcony, may show signs of age and not be as "spotless" as more expensive and exclusive properties in the vicinity. Nonetheless, I've taken painstaking measures to maintain its essential functionality. Additionally, it offers proximity to UNSW, Sydney Airport, and the CBD, with easy access to various bus routes that connect to multiple rail stations based on your desired direction, whether it's Central Station, Martin Place, Circular Quay or Mascot, Bondi Junction or Kingsford Light Rail station.
